We hope you love your Claw Clip Cymru order. If you change your mind, you can tell us that you wish to cancel within 14 days of receiving it. You then have a further 14 days to return the item.

Starting a return

Please contact us before returning anything, quoting your order number. We’ll confirm the return instructions.

Condition of returned items

Please return the item in its original condition and packaging. You may handle it as you would in a shop, but we may reduce the refund if its value has been affected by use or damage.

Return postage

You are responsible for return postage when you have changed your mind. If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us before returning it so we can put things right. We cover reasonable return postage for faulty, damaged or incorrect items.

Refunds

Eligible refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Where required, we’ll also refund the cost of standard delivery. Any additional cost paid for an express service is not refundable beyond the standard delivery amount.
