Returns and refunds

We hope you love your Claw Clip Cymru order. If you change your mind, please tell us within 14 days after the day you receive it. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back.

To cancel or arrange a return, email becky@clawclipcymru.co.uk with your order number and details of the items. You can also notify us by post at the address below. No particular form is required.

Change-of-mind returns

You are responsible for return postage. Please package your items securely and keep proof of posting.

You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop. We may reduce your refund if handling beyond what is necessary to assess the goods has reduced their value. Please include the original packaging where possible.

Refunds

For a change-of-mind cancellation, we will refund you without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving the goods back or receiving evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Refunds are made to the original payment method. When you cancel your entire order, we also refund the original standard delivery charge. Any additional amount paid for express delivery is not refundable.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Please email becky@clawclipcymru.co.uk with your order details and a description of the problem. Photographs are helpful where available.

We will arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with your consumer rights and cover reasonable return postage for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods. Please contact us so we can arrange the return method.

Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
